Almost hesitant to leave my thoughts as I don't want word getting out of this absolute gem! Jean and Dee are what is RIGHT about Airbnb. Truly fantastic owners who have gone well above and beyond the call of duty. Absolutely enjoyed a brief weekend stay at the Farmhouse with my wife and two toddlers. And when I say the home is exquisitely designed with thoughtfulness and detail, what I mean to say is please don't book during the week or weekend we plan to return :-)! The listing is exactly as described, the photos do not do the property justice, the amenities (down to the complimentary homemade biscuits) keep coming, VERY clean, and on and on. Do yourself a favor and do the tour. Jet and Bennie are worth the walk ;-). Thank you, Jean and Dee! We loved it and will be back!

There aren’t enough words to express our pleasure with this host and our accommodations! Our host was so friendly, informative and responsive! The house was even better than the exceptional pictures - perfect combo of vintage and modern made such a homey, comfortable space for our family weekend. Benny and Jett, the resident goats were a huge hit with our grandkids. We think goat hiking should become a thing! We stayed as this house as it was close to Great Wolf water park but I would have been thrilled just to stay in the house or wander the property! All the comforts of home and a very well equipped kitchen for cooking! A huge thank you to our hosts DeWitt and Jean. We will definitely look to stay here again!!

Our stay at DeWitt’s home was perfect. Once arrived he gave us a tour of his beautiful home and left home made strawberry jam and English muffins which were amazing! He and his partner Jean were communicative the entire time we were there. He has goats right across the house which we were able to feed before we left to head home. We were only 15-20 minutes from camelback so this location was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Lovely home on a beautiful farm with the most helpful, friendly hosts. This home was not only exactly as described, but even better. There were thoughtful touches throughout—holiday decorations, an extremely well-stocked kitchen, linens, toiletry items, comfortable furniture, cozy fireplace, a manual with instructions and local recommendations, a welcome tour accompanied by the resident goats, and delicious sourdough biscuits, strawberry jam, and some fresh grocery items. The house has an interesting history and was beautifully decorated with antiques. It snowed several times during our stay, and the roads and property were very safely maintained. We enjoyed interacting with the goats and barn cats and seeing foxes and deer on the secluded property. We would love to visit again.

My husband, our two children, and I absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The home is a masterpiece and is decorated beautifully with new, comfortable furniture along side cool vintage decor. The house is truly inspiring. The home was impeccably clean and generously stocked for our stay. Everything was high quality. The care and attention to detail from the construction of the house to the decor to the amenities provided was above and beyond. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star resort.
My kids had the time of their lives exploring the property. There are goats, barn cats, swings, a mud kitchen, bunk house, great fire pit area, and more. So many memories made!
DeWitt was a wonderful host. He gave us a quick tour when we arrived (along with the most amazing freshly baked sour dough bread and homemade strawberry jam). Later in our stay he took us on a hike with the goats which was so much fun. He was available if we needed anything without being intrusive. We plan to return soon!

This home is just incredible. They have thought of every detail, down to white noise machines in each room and flashlights in the bedside tables just in case! Jean met us when we arrived to show us around and even let us say hi to the goats, Benny and Jet, who had just been tucked in for the night. (The prettiest most loved goats I’ve ever seen!) Jean also left us fresh biscuits, eggs, and juice for breakfast. we travel a lot, and for us this was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It had a room for the kids with two twin beds so they could comfortably sleep together (my kids don’t like bunk beds so this was great). Tons of cozy blankets, fresh fluffy towels. A mix of pillows so everyone was happy. Bathrooms stocked with nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There was even a first aid kit with children’s Motrin and tums! The renovation they’ve done is high quality and everything is pristine. But the best part is the outdoor space - the trails, swings, disc golf, mud kitchen, fire pit!

This is our favorite AIR BNB home and favorite hosts. Our 2nd time visiting was even better than the first. Ideal place for families, animal lovers, nature enthusiasts, people who like to cook & entertain and go antiquing. Close proximity to amusement and water parks, hiking and grocery shopping. And the best part, really cool, friendly, accommodating hosts. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated and we loved hiking with the goats on the trails around the property. Absolutely STUNNING Airbnb - it’s immaculately clean, everything is high end and Jean and Dee have literally thought of everything that will make your stay comfortable. It’s a beautifully designed home meets luxury hotel. Not only is the farmhouse stunning, the surrounding outside areas are perfect. Our two kids loved exploring the trails and looking for fairies, and sitting around the fire pit while the kids played with all the swings and mud kitchen was a real highlight. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The wooded trails were peaceful and scenic there was so much to explore, we didn’t even want to leave. Inside, the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel completely at home.
The hosts, who live on the property, were incredibly friendly and responsive. I can’t believe what they’ve done with this gorgeous farm, it was hard to leave!
We brought our two kids along, and they had a great time exploring and enjoying the space. One of the highlights for all of us was meeting two of the friendliest goats, Benny and Jett along with some very sweet barn cats—they made the experience even more memorable.
It was the perfect family getaway, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

A Very Pleasant Stay with Thoughtful Hosts
Our recent stay at Jean and Dewitt's was very nice. The space was comfortable and clean, and we had what we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out, however, was their thoughtful hospitality and genuine kindness.
We had mentioned that our trip was to celebrate a birthday, and Jean and Dewitt went above and beyond to make it special. Upon our arrival, we were touched to find the space decorated with balloons and a festive banner. The biggest surprise was a homemade birthday cake waiting for us. This personal touch was very kind and made us feel welcome.
It's clear that Jean and Dewitt care about their guests' experience. This was a great Airbnb stay, and we would recommend them. Thank you, Jean and Dewitt, for a memorable celebration for us.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed. It was a fabulous stay for a weekend Pocono getaway. The property and the farmhouse were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were all decorated so perfect with every detail. Best linens and towels .. heated bathroom floors! Kitchen fully stocked. The owners are lovely .. home made sourdough bread and jam were a nice surprise.

The Farmhouse is a beautiful spot to stay! It is clean, spacious and the decor is wonderful. A short drive to Jim Thorpe, Bethlehem and Saylorsburg has a fun flea market as well as a few wineries. The fresh zucchini bread, eggs and other breakfast supplies were a welcomed surprise. The Farmhouse itself has a nice hike behind it as well. We needed help with the TV and DeWitt quickly assisted us! We hope to go again someday!

DeWitt and Jean’s farmhouse is gorgeous and perfectly restored. We felt so welcomed from the moment we pulled in the driveway; DeWitt greeted us along with the goats bellowing. I enjoyed cooking meals as I would at home with a fully stocked kitchen. The mornings were filled with tea & coffee watching the deer graze around the property. There are some awesome local restaurants within 15-18 min drive too, so you can definitely enjoy the whole area. They are what all Airbnb hosts should strive for! Book it if you can!

This farmhouse was, without a doubt, one of the nicest AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Dee & Jean were fantastic hosts. They were welcoming, very responsive and had great local recommendations. Unbelievable stay at the Farmhouse! Everything from the decor to the amenities provided by Jean and Dee were unmatched. I’ve never felt more at home away from home! This was also the first trip my husband and I have taken with our 3 month old son, and it couldn’t have gone better. The house is spacious but cozy with high end finishes. The property is also beautiful with walking paths, patio, a peaceful front porch, and goats to feed! Even after extending our stay we were sad to leave. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to PA!

Couldn’t of asked for more. Spectacular house with beautiful attention to detail. House is great for families. You can spend the whole day there and not feel bored. There are goats to feed and cats in the barn. Trails that lead to swings and picnicking area. Fire pit for roasting smores, a grill, plenty of outdoor seating, a wagon to take the kids around in and the list goes on. We loved the property inside and out and appreciate the hospitality and graciousness of our hosts.

My family just returned from a stay at Jean and Dewitt's place. The house was perfect for us. It's a beautiful restored farmhouse with every amenity imaginable. We loved playing some of the provided games in front of the fire in the evening and we also loved feeding the goats. My son loved looking for the barn cats to see if he could spot them peeking out. The house is beautifully decorated and large enough for everyone to spread out if needed. Dewitt provided some much appreciated grocery items such as eggs, butter and OJ. He is a very gracious host. If you're looking for a home in the area, and this house is available, just book it.

Dewitt and Jean were the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. The property was incredible! There is so much to explore. The house was dreamy and super clean. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was stocked in the house. The kids loved going on a goat hike. Dewitt even taught them how to build a snowman! You can tell they enjoy hosting and take pride in it. We had fresh sourdough biscuits and jam waiting for us upon arrival. We spent our evenings by the fire playing games with the kids and had slow fun days. This was by far our favorite house we’ve ever rented. I’ve stayed at so many airbnbs over the years and this was By Far THE BEST Airbnb I’ve ever had the opportunity to stay in!!
When we arrived, Dewitt gave us a brief tour which was delightful. They left us some breakfast food and biscuits with homemade jam. So. Yummy!
The house has been lovingly updated. The design and attention to detail was impeccable and welcoming. I felt so at peace there.
My husband and I got married over the weekend — and we felt like it was our actual home. I even woke up one of the nights and thought I was in my own bed! It was so comfy!
The property is also gorgeous. We took a hike over the little bridge and the sweet kittens went along with us. It was such a nice experience!
Dewitt and Jean were very friendly, easygoing, communicative, and helpful. We enjoyed meeting them both!

We are overflowing with gratitude of the hospitality we experienced here with DeWitt! I cannot emphasize enough how DeWitt went above and beyond to accommodate our specific and unique needs!!! DeWitt was so present, quickly responsive whenever we reached out. From the very beginning, he was outside when I arrived to welcome us into his absolutely gorgeous and spotless home. The newly renovated 1881 farmhouse perfectly melds a modern, clean aesthetic with original, old-time touches, including beautiful woodwork and a cozy fireplace. We truly enjoyed the heated floors and visiting the goats! The kitchen, laundry room, and everything else were top-of-the-line (and, continuing with the trend, absolutely spotless!). There was a binder inside with all relevant information, organized in a (by now expected!) pleasing style. There is nothing about the experience that could have been any better. Top notch from beginning to end. No detail left unturned, down to the heated floors in the bathrooms. The house was built in 1818 and the owners did an outstanding job renovating and decorating. We were visiting from Florida to surprise my mother for her 80th birthday, and the property was so nice and peaceful, we ended up spending the day there instead of at my mother’s.
The host DeWitt met us upon arrival and gave us the tour and answered any questions. To our surprise there was also sourdough bread, eggs and juice left for us. A first in all my airbnb travels. In the mornings we walked the trails on property. Afternoon sat outside at one of the two fire pits. And by choice, were entertained by the resident goats Bennie and Jett. Peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to the hosts for an incredible weekend. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

DeWitt and Jean were the perfect host. We had such a beautiful girls trip. We enjoyed the Blue Ridge Winery and the house was amazing. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for us. DeWitt and Jean left fresh bread, strawberry Jam, Eggs and it was so appreciated and very good. Words can't express the magic of this beautiful farm house, and we loved the goats and being able to interact with them. We are coming back for sure!!!

We were a group of 6 girls celebrating a 50th birthday. It was a great space for a girls weekend. Everything was clean and the owners had great personal touches. This was the most well stocked AirBnB I have stayed it. Anything you could need to cook was there! Dewitt was great with communication throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and messaging to make sure we had everything we needed. Only down fall was that it was raining so we didn’t get a chance to walk the trails on the property or enjoy the outdoor spaces. Highly recommend!

The hosts are lovely and super attentive. The farmhouse is immaculate and so homey for our family getaway. The home looks brand new and all of the furnishings are brand new as well. From the bedding to the pots and pans…everything is high end. It really should be in a magazine!! Tons of stuff to do. Jean even had a fresh loaf of sourdough bread and homemade jam to welcome us. It just added a sweet touch to our overall experience. Would definitely stay again!!

DeWitt and Jean’s home was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in we felt completely at home. The spaces were clean and positively pristine. Every single room was beautifully designed and carefully appointed to provide every comfort of home.
No detail was overlooked - fluffy towels, wonderful toiletries, plenty of hooks and storage, a “starter” set of breakfast food in the fridge…DeWitt and Jean thought of everything! Every single member of our family of five was disappointed to leave…and it’s not often we all agree on something!
We came to ski - Camelback was a quick 15-18 minute drive. The outlets were about 10 minutes away.
We look forward to visiting the Farmhouse again soon!

The farmhouse is charming, and beautifully up to date, with a rustic feel. I lived in this home, many years ago and it was an incredible trip down memory lane, as well as heart warming to see the love and remarkable renovations the new owners put into it.
The owners are welcoming,friendly, respectful and responsive. The property is beautiful, with amazing hiking trails, peaceful views and comes complete with goat feed for their 2 adorable goats.
We felt right at home with the thoughtful amenities. The farmhouse is a must for couples, families and even a friends getaway.
We’re looking forward to our next visit.

DeWitt and Jean were wonderful and friendly hosts who thought of everything! Their home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. They left sourdough bread, and homemade jam for us in the refrigerator which was absolutely delicious. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the toys and books in the room with the twin beds. There are benches built into the closets that are perfect for suitcases. There are heated floors in the bathrooms. They have goats on the property which our kids loved, they left a container of treats for us to give them which made it even more fun. They even took a walk around their 30 acre property with the goats and invited us along. We joined them and had a great time! We just wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed it for longer!
