You will have exclusive, private access to the entire Pocono Farmhouse and its immediate grounds, including the fire pit and terrace. We (the hosts) live in a completely separate house on the extended property, allowing us to be available if you need anything while perfectly respecting your privacy.

Yes. They require maintenance, and there are occasional community or family events on the property, so if you plan to use the property, let us know and we'll schedule accordingly.
